How to Invite the Right Co-Tasker to Your Task

Looking for the perfect person to help with your task? Whether it’s assembling furniture, cleaning your balcony, or fixing a leaky tap – Co-Tasker makes it easy to find experienced and reliable help.

And the best part? You don’t have to wait for them to find your task – you can find them and invite them directly.

Here’s how it works:

1. Browse Completed Tasks

In the app, go to the “Browse Tasks” section. When you search for tasks, you’ll see completed tasks that are similar to yours. These show the Co-Tasker who completed each one, along with reviews left by the clients, so you can get an idea of how well the Co-Tasker performed.

Use the search bar to look for tasks like yours. For example, if your task is wardrobe assembly, you can search for “wardrobe assembly” or similar keywords like “furniture assembly” to discover Co-Taskers who’ve successfully completed similar work.

2. Check the Pro’s Profile

Click on a completed task to view the Co-Tasker’s full profile. You’ll be able to review:

• Client reviews from similar tasks

• Skills and qualifications

• Photos or portfolio of past work

  
  

3. Invite Them to Your Task

Once you’ve found someone who fits what you’re looking for, you can:

• Invite them to your existing task ad, or

• Create a new task ad specifically with them in mind and send them a direct invite

  
  

They’ll receive a personal notification about your invite.

Note: Other Co-Taskers may also see your task and apply, but the one you invited will be notified as a priority.
