Co-Tasker is looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across paid and organic channels. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on innovation, loves creating impactful campaigns, and is ready to bring fresh ideas to the table.

 

Please note that this role requires native-level proficiency in German and fluent English.

 

Your Role:

• Paid and Organic Marketing: Oversee and optimize campaigns across all platforms to maximize reach and engagement.

• Social Media Content Creation: Develop and manage engaging content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our audience.

• Creative Marketing Ideas: Conceptualize and execute special projects, in-person marketing experiences, and unique campaigns to elevate our brand.

• Marketing Materials: Assist in the creation of newsletters, brochures, and other essential marketing materials.

• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the team to align marketing strategies with business goals.

 

What You Bring:

• At least three years of experience in a marketing role.

• A degree in marketing or a related field (preferred but not required if you bring substantial experience).

• Native-level proficiency in German and fluent English. – you’re confident and effective in both languages.

• A creative mindset and a passion for storytelling through various marketing channels.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
